The NCCCMA Mentoring Program connects experienced County and City Managers with individuals who would like to advance their careers.
Once you setup your profile and answer a few questions, you’ll be able to view others in the program who match the specifications you’re looking for.
You can communicate and request meetings, as well as track your mentoring journey through curriculum and meeting recaps.
How it Works
1. Login with your member account 2. Select to be a Mentor, Mentee, Coach or Coachee 3. If a Mentee or Coachee - select a potential match 4. Once matched - connect with your match 5. Meet, take Journal notes, set Goals & Tasks 6. Read the mentorship resources
